Losing someone — or something — we are close to is a ubiquitous experience. Every single person understands to some degree what it’s like to grieve loss. However, it’s not as common to share those experiences. Talking about grief with people that don’t understand can be difficult; and discussing it at all can prove to be a challenging “downer.”
When vulnerability is the overarching topic, grief is inevitably going to come up. Today’s episode covered the theme of loss; not just as grief, but also as the fear of losing something.
